Spark washing Machines are robust, heavy duty, capable of cleaning linen or Garments quickly and effectively. Used for Detergent Wash, Acid Wash, Sand Wash, Caustic wash, Chlorine Wash and also Dyeing.
Machine Frame : A sturdy construction of MS Channels with gussets.
Features : The Inner drum is made of quality SS material with proper embossed perforations and 'U' Lifters are provided for proper reinforcement and to achive tumbling of garments. Spring lock arrangement for quick opening and closing of doors are provided. For side loading machines S.S. outer drum has a top sliding door. The Outer casing is provided with hopper for Detergent, nozzles for steam and water, Drain valve, water level indicator.
Drive : Duplex chain drive through sprocket and pulley, easy arrangement for tightening V. Belts.
Electrical : AC Motor 1440 rpm, 440V, 3 phase control panel consists of contactors for forward and reverse switch, Overload relay for motor, Digital Timer with Temperature controller, Push Button Inching, Buzzer to indicate completion of process, Interlock limit switch for safety when the door is open. All cycles are controlled by the Timer controller.
Finish : SS surface polished to mirror finish and MS side covers are given a fine Enamel paint finish.
